Free In Store & Curbside Pick Up
Local in store and curbside pick up is also available. You will receive an email confirming your order at the time of purchase; then, you will receive an additional email within 24 hours confirming that your order is ready for pickup.
If you’d like to us to bring your order out to you, just give us a call at 650-486-1422 when you are parked outside.

Items purchased Friday, November 29, 2024 through Tuesday, December 24, 2024 may be exchanged or given store credit until Saturday, January 4, 2025.
An original or gift receipt is required on ALL holiday returns. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Standard Return/Exchange Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from White Sage. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY/NO REFUNDS if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
- All returns are eligible for store credit within 14 days of original shipment date
- ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of original shipment date
- Merchandise must be returned in its unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with original tags attached
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Online purchases may be returned in store
Return Instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We suggest using a trackable shipping service and also suggest you purchase shipping insurance as we are not liable for lost or stolen items without proof of delivery.
No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
If returns do not meet the requirements above, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Items
White Sage is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
If your package arrived damaged you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item. Contact shopwhitesagesc@gmail.com and be sure to include your order number.
*Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.*
